I dont completely agree with that because there is a such thing as bad parents. But i do agree with the fact that you are a reflection of what they are doing.

Reading is to the mind as exercise is to the body...

With this i can say that I partially agree with it.. The reason i say that is because without reading you can think that you know everything in the world but really don't.. The way with exercise you can think your healthy but really are out of shape.
